1. Platform Usage

Lumetra provides operational healthcare infrastructure. Our platform is intended for use by healthcare institutions, clinical organizations, and their authorized personnel to facilitate coordination, interoperability, and management of healthcare data.

2. Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You must ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable healthcare regulations and laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Uptime & Availability

While we strive for maximum operational continuity and reliability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen disruptions may occur. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with specific uptime guarantees are available under our Enterprise plans.

4. Acceptable Use

The platform must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of our infrastructure or the data contained therein.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Lumetra platform, including its software, architecture, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Lumetra Inc. Customers retain all rights to their proprietary data processed through the platform.

6. Service Limitations

Lumetra provides technical infrastructure and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are designed to support, not replace, professional medical judgment and established clinical workflows.
